Subject: Notification of a Crypto-Asset Whitepaper under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA) – SANITY Token (SUT)
Dear Sir or Madam,
SANITY UNITED ApS (the “Issuer”) hereby notifies the competent authority of the Kingdom of Denmark of the publication of a crypto-asset whitepaper in connection with a planned public offer of a crypto-asset in the European Union, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 on Markets in Crypto-assets (“MiCA”).
The crypto-asset concerned is the SANITY Token (ticker: SUT), which the Issuer classifies as a utility token intended solely to provide access to functionalities and services within the Sanity ecosystem. The SANITY Token is neither an asset-referenced token nor an e-money token within the meaning of MiCA.
The Whitepaper has been prepared in accordance with Title II of MiCA and includes all mandatory disclosures, including a comprehensive description of the project, the crypto-asset, associated risks, and legal notices. The Issuer assumes full responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and clarity of the information contained therein.
The Whitepaper is made publicly available on the Issuer’s website at https://sanity.fund and will remain publicly accessible throughout the duration of the offer, in accordance with MiCA requirements.
