To grow the customer community, we will use a marketing strategy based on scarcity and hype, similar to Clubhouse: local influencers distribute the first invites, then users pass them to those who actively ask.
The user will receive a free task for using an invite, completing their first ride, and sending two new invites.
A subscription gives access to cheaper tasks and invites; without a subscription — the standard rate is 75 USD.
This distribution approach ensures: controlled growth of the user base, free and organic spread of the service, the ability to test the service before purchasing, and an incentive to switch to subscription.
Only a subscription provides access to invites and free tasks. The subscription model gives the company a stable cash flow in advance and motivates users to actively spread the service.

For our community of partner task performers, we have chosen a proven contractor engagement model, similar to Uber, Bolt, Wolt, or Glovo. The key difference — thanks to our system of placing electric cars in convenient walking locations and the use of AI, we create an entirely new level of flexibility and efficiency.
No personal expenses for a car — in Sanity Care, performers do not need to own a personal vehicle; all cars are provided by the company.
Flexibility — the performer accepts tasks whenever it is convenient for them.
Comfort under any conditions — performers travel in comfortable electric cars, weather does not interfere with work.
AI and multilingual support — the app works in any language.
Payment and incentives — performers receive 80% of the task cost in tokens from the community pool.
Sanity Investors - only in a real product

For the investor community, we have developed attractive pricing plans contracts that will allow the company to expand and scale, while supporting interest in our token.
Price plan #1 — attracts external investors ready to invest in purchasing tasks at 10% of the task cost. After task completion, the investor receives 20% of its cost, paid in our tokens.
Price plan #2 — the investor pays for mining power at 50% of the average value of coins mined with this power, and in return receives 100% equivalent in tokens.
Essentially, all investors can achieve a 100% return on their investment. The only limitation is the number of cars and mining capacities available to the company. Payments are made in tokens from the community pool.
The pricing plans are implemented in a gamified format: the investor chooses a city and a specific car or partner or miner to which they will be attached. This forms the contract.
