We personally fulfilled urgent tasks for people we know: buying and delivering essentials to a girl hospitalized unexpectedly — the requester was willing to pay any price to help.

• During Easter, a family with a small child was left without groceries while nearby shops were closed. We drove to the only open store and delivered everything from their list.

• For an important birthday, we purchased a gift and flowers and delivered congratulations. The requester covered the trips, our time, and the greeting itself.

• A person forgot to leave a house key for a relative. Instead of losing work time on a taxi there and back, we picked up the key and delivered it.
